Continuing Education for Advocates
Advocates are required to complete a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education each year. This requirement can be met by attending workshops or trainings in the community. It can also be met through individual study, which could include: reading an article or book, watching a video or attending a presentation on a pertinent issue. Here are some places to get you started. The last step is to report your training hours to us - if you would like, you can download a copy of the time card.
